If you are interested in becoming a member of the Austin Psychiatric Society, please fill out the following application form and send it, along with your annual APS membership dues of $150, to: Austin Psychiatric Society Attn: Charla Clark PO Box 302586 Austin, TX 78703 Please make check for APS annual membership dues to: Austin Psychiatry Society or APS.  Annual membership dues are currently: $150.00 Members in Training: $50.00 Retired Physicians: $75.00 We will not submit your check unless you are accepted as a new APS member.
